DIRECTIONS: For relief of diarrhoea in children aged 5 years and over: Take 1 capsule, with water, once daily. For gastrointestinal system health in adults: Take 1 capsule, with water, once daily. For relief of diarrhoea in adults: Take 2 capsules, with water, once daily. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
