GO TURMERIC 16,000+ 1-A-DAY contains Turmeric, which has traditionally been used in Ayurvedic Medicine to assist in the temporary relief of mild rheumatic aches and pains and to relieve joint inflammation or swelling associated with mild arthritis. Turmeric has traditionally been used in Herbal Medicine as a choloretic to increase the flow of bile. It is an antioxidant and therefore may assist in protecting the cells in the body from oxidative damage. Turmeric is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to temporarily relieve:
