How to take

DIRECTIONS

Adults: Take 1 hard capsule, once daily with water, after meals. Or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.

If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. Do not use if cap seal or if inner seal is missing, torn, or broken.
